Most ICE agents will no doubt imagine themselves safe from being ratted out by a violations-free colleague, and they may be right, but the thought of them eyeing each other nervously is a good one.

@pluralistic I wholeheartedly agree that the power grab that was Marbury v. Maddison has been allowed to stand for too long.

@pluralistic This is not quite right: CLEAN Mergers Act is actually even better! Mergers over $10B are *presumptively* unwound, whether or not political interference, (unless merging parties can show no harm to competition in a declaratory judgment action).

The review for indicia of political interference (mostly, did DOJ override staff recs) targets all other mergers (under $10B)

3rd great thing is it extends statute of limitations from 4 to 10 years, helping state AGs & private litigants
