#Ukraine refugees in #Germany open a “point of invincibility” in district of #Berlin suffering from blackout since 3 January, using experiences from their hometowns. In response to continued waves of Russian strikes on towns and especially electric infrastructure, Ukraine towns started opening points where anyone could come to warm up and charge their electronics from generators.
