That's pretty cool and generally this project sounds great. So far, it's not defined. Could be a good thing, could also turn into something strange over time.
Something that adds to my scepticism in this case is lack of transparency as to:
1) Who is involved
2) Where did the funding come from, and why did someone decide to invest in this?
