And they're pedantic about it. So maybe this no-fun-just-rules brochure makes sense.
*yet not against constructing brand new highways through them even when all research shows it's a net negative for nature, economy and the quality of life of anyone living near it.

@Pepijn It makes a *little* sense with different rule sets, as Denmark is mainly a farming country while the rest of the Nordics are predominantly woods, lakes and mountains (with exception of South Sweden).
Still, it's unnecessarily difficult to navigate the rules. And especially the fencing and road access rules has led to a crazy fencing and removal of dirt paths in fields.
