that's true though@cmconseils People don’t actually know what a “Third World” country is. Ireland is literally a Third World country. America is becoming a “Second World” country because Trump is flirting with Russia. France is First World because it would never side with Russia. Third World Countries are just ones that did not (politically) take a side in the Cold War. It has nothing to do with a counties finances.
