@jon in fairness, do you really want to spend more than three min in Badajoz? It’s grim and very hot

@sebwilken In this specific case, with a torn overhead wire, it would take a few hours even in Germany if you happen to be stuck on the wrong side of the issue. But I generally agree with your point.
(You also have to remember that this part of Sweden has 2.5 persons per sq km – that is not a typo

@jon I'm pretty sure this is not "how the crow flies" distances, at least. The Oslo number is plausible along roads (OSM says a little less, though), but waaay too high for actual distance.
Not 100% sure about those arrows either... One would imagine Ikast and Copenhagen were somewhat in the same direction...

@jon Fingers crossed: 7186/7187 is looking like it will actually depart by rail.
Trafikverket estimates traffic will run again at 16:30 which gives ~1h before 7186 leaves Luleå towards Haparanda.

Trafikverket estimates traffic will run again at 16:30 which gives ~1h before 7186 leaves Luleå towards Haparanda.

@jon And 7186 is annotated as ”track changed” out of Luleå, which is always a good sign because it means they actually intend to depart

@jon Google Maps gives a route of 4 621 km, so not *that* far off. It might have been 4 811 at the time the sign was erected, though.
