Det er jo spændende at deres fund sætter spørgsmålstegn ved myterne om at vi i industrialiserede lande er tykkere fordi vi har mere stillesiddende arbejde, og istedet peger på korrelationen mellem større indtag af ultra-forarbejdede fødevarer og flere med højere kropsvægt.
