No idea why CBS even thought that any public access show was within its jurisdiction. They've gone bonkers over there. It's also beyond Paramount's jurisdiction, and Google's for that matter, even if it's on YouTube. Come over to PeerTube, Steven! -

@newsguyusa @JayPowers83 Typical media contracts contain non-compete clauses which bind the personality to a period of years they can't contract with competitors after the expiration of the contract, though. I suspect highly that's what's in play here. No public access channel can be considered a competitor to a commercial entity. -
