綺麗な！My grandfather drove a succession of VW Beetles as his work cars, and I have always loved them. They are the epitome of efficiency, at least of their era. I remember in the 1990s, when I was living in Philadelphia, encountering a brand-new one parked in front of my house, that someone had driven up from Mexico (where they were still made up to 2003) for a visit.

2003 VW Beetle, the final year of production. That's still newer than the last car I ever drove, which was a 2001 Ford, retired in 2021.
