Vitamin D-Day. The day when you put on gloves for the first time since before the Summer. It struck me yesterday that it was October 18th and there we were, still wandering around without hats or gloves on. It's been so mild - warm, even - that I haven’t even thought to root out my gloves from Summer storage. Usually I’d be begloved in September. Then today dawned with the first sight of overnight frost.

@CiaraNi Yup, wore gloves for the first time yesterday evening & saw the first frost crystals in the grass on my way to work this morning...
