What are some good (written, not video) resources for a woman in her 40s who has learned there's ADHD in her family and now thinks she might have it?

I told her about how girls weren't diagnosed when we were kids and only boys could have autism or ADHD. She was really interested and said if I had any links or anything to send them to her.

I think I'm like her one non-normie friend so I'm happy to be the conduit for this but I'm not a woman and I don't have ADHD so... what's good for this?

@bright_helpings @KaraLG84 isn’t this basically why the fediverse was invited?

Person: Er, I think I might be neurospicy because <reasons>?

Fediverse: WELCOME! COME, JOIN US, SHARE OUR COPING MECHANISMS AND SELF-DIAGNOSIS AND HAVE SOME CAKE, AND CAT PICTURES (and Ben, you also have to have Ben, it’s not optional, sorry)
