Well, initial performance is on a par with Win11, which is good, and this is with the graphics set to their absolute maximum minus Ray Tracing.

I'll get more time to do testing tomorrow after work, but for now this is looking pretty damned nice.
Just hope it holds up in group content - Faugus under Arch didn't, and crashed pretty catastrophically a couple of times...

@Sar there was an issue with wine-staging 10.15 or 10.16 in Arch where it would randomly crash. This has since been fixed though.
I use Lutris for my Blizzard stuff. Seems to work fine for me.
