Capitalism incentivizes these concentrations. It’s a bad system. We don’t need owners, we don’t need rich people. Great wealth creates dystopian levels of narcissistic action. We need systems that discourage egocentric accumulation of resources and encourage collectivist societies. We are pack animals and this boot straps owner class fairytale is putting humanity ever more at risk.
