It's really nice out here! I met a sailboat, a Swedish Aphrodite 29 that looked a little racy as well, also solo sailor. The only other boat I've seen since Helsinki.

The aptly named Dödören has several Soviet machine gun nests. The Hanko peninsula and surrounding islands was in Soviet control by the beginning of the continuation war. #ww2

@harald I look up all those islands on OSM, just out of curiosity. Thy look better on your photos ... Many of them could do with a OSM mapper visit, but what a place to be sailing!

@anderslund it's great, even in gloomy weather! Sailing beats land life every time. I have to visit these islands when I get a better dinghy. Gunnarsörarna supposedly has a lot of Soviet gunplaces as well.
