As I have moved to #norway I would love to connect to other Norwegian-based users on here and see more norge-related content in my feed! I am a postdoctoral researcher based in #trondheim .
I am currently interested in the social and ethical impact of using algorithm driven systems in personnel management on power structures within organisations. Also interested in #unions and their opinions on this and how they perceive and/or prevent risks for employees.
