In the face of growing resistance, Big Tech has successfully lobbied the EU to keep information on individual data centres secret in little noticed Delegated Act.
This a particularly egregious and shocking example of corporate influence.
As the Commission is currently working on an update of the Delegated Act, it should now redo its homework and delete the copy-pasted Microsoft amendment -
