I am deeply grateful for the public servants who have championed this cause, but I also know that these people are the effect of our movement, not the cause.

I cannot stand people who smugly "wait on the world to change." The world only changes in the ways we want it to when we get off our collective asses and force it to do so.
Also, I can't help but anticipate some as yet unknown Trump regime meddling with these rulings.
