    Do you know any good literature on the phenomenon of screen addiction? Scientific or otherwise. I'm also interested in perspectives on what it does to us on a more deeper psychological level as well as on the level of society that so many of us increasingly spend so much time in front of screens.

      I wonder if there is good and legit information from recent phone bans for teenagers across the globe. It seems that this type of ban is a tendency that is growing as well, and I guess it's backed up by science.

        And you probably also want to read about the very recent (this past week) trial in the us where a young Californian woman won: she accused Meta and YouTube for the addictive features of their platform that addicted and abused her. I think that's pretty historical
