They said Trump recognized after the 2nd killing in Minneapolis, of… #AlexPretti, that the policy needed to shift, & he did not embrace Miller’s description of Pretti as a “domestic terrorist.” The question now is how long he will hold Miller & his policy prescriptions at a distance.

@Steve @Nonilex I absolutely guarantee it's not his views. Trump simply doesn't have that kind of moral event horizon - as long as it isn't hurting him personally, he is fundamentally incapable of giving a shit. Which is how we know Miller is going because he is somehow threatening Trump's ego, either by not flattering & pandering him enough, or - the more horrifying option - by being too powerful within the administration.
