We would like to give a gift like a box of good chocolates to the nursery pedagogs to show our gratitude for two years of amazing care. Is that culturally acceptable or will it make Jante and his Law angry? #danmark

@juliette der er noget med, at offentligt ansatte ikke må modtage (store) gaver fra private, idet dette kan påvirke de offentligt ansattes upartiskhed , uvildighed.
Men hvis det er en mindre æske chokolader, som bliver delt blandt de ansatte, kommer det nok ikke ud i at blive betragtet som korruption. -

@juliette A public employee must not accept personal gifts, but if it's for all/the department (and it's not big expensive gifts), then that's fine and happens all the time
