Yes, that's definitely me. Giving bad reviews to those who annoy me by asking for five star review, especially before I had a chance to try their product/app/website/whatever.

And if you're asking what gives me the right to give a bad rating that early, it's the exact same thing that gives you the right to ask for a good rating that early

I've been doing my own websites for ages and totally agree 🧵 it is doable and satisfying.

In my case, I even manage to keep my content mostly free of cussing, reader insults, and such, which @zicklepop will probably view as a deficiency, but I like it that way. (When I occasionally want to be not nice, I still find ways to express myself I consider civilized. Mostly, I do.)

There's space for many different homegrown websites in the internet. Including yours if you are so inclined.
