Yes.
I just tried to view your page and get the error.
I tried different browsers, in different OS. I logged out of my account, cleared my cookies and reset my router, and continue to get the error.

Absolutely!
I double-checked with the team on this: Personal notes are a Mastodon-specific app feature, and by design are not federated. We'll take note of the request to add exporting functionality to personal notes. Thanks!
