@alessandro @mstr_milktea floorp is a chromium browser though, better to use Librewolf for now until something that isn't a chrome or firefox fork comes out.

That was the last straw. I moved to Waterfox. They have the same excellent bookmark system as Firefox and that was the only thing keeping me there. It's also an opportunity to get rid of the bookmark bloat that accumulates over time and start afresh with a lean, mean bookmark machine.

It would give Google a monopoly on rendering engines, so they would effectively get to decide how all websites must work.

@gamingonlinux Mozilla foundation already lost it from a decade or more.
Unfortunately near all browser engines are based or on Mozilla or Chrome, and other projects have to coming out from development or are very niche (like the classical Amiga web browsers), so we have to deal with them for a while yet.
