@Wen Yeah, my comment was pretty toungue in cheek.

He claims he was advised not to appear, stories say he was utterly drunk. I believe the latter.

@hittitezombie Quite. I suspect this was a ‘wizard scheme’ (c/o Johnson that has badly backfired. Anyway back to the privileges committee and i wonder whether more revelations aboiut his financial shenanigans will come out in the meantime? After slow starts, both The Times and the Guardian as well as Byline Times and other are putting some real effort into it.
