Tried photographing starlings but I only got were these really dark shots of shapes high up in trees. Ugh.
But then suddenly one of them decided to perch right next to me and started talking. Such a sweetie.
But maybe felt sorry for me?@kolombiken so many colors!

@Dolphinchaz They are! Such fun birds.
As for their plumage I think the combo between the dark summer plumage combined with the dots from the lighter winter plumage looks just stunning! -
