My instance is #French , I'd love to make German friends, but #language is a barrier
Is it because we don't specify the language we use in each post? Are there any option to detect languages and #translate #toots ?

If you log in through your server's website, there are options in
️ Preferences > Other for setting your posting language.If you set your language correctly and if the people posting set their language correctly, your server may offer a "translate" button underneath the post.
However, not every server offers automatic translation as translation services cost extra to run. You may want to ask your admin @admin about this
