Okay, I have a suspicion, but I'm not in a good position to source non-anecdotal data. I'm not going to content-warn this, I'm just going to use clinical terms and trust people to be mature about this. And feel free to boost, regardless of whether the poll is "for you", because the more people respond, the closer this gets to the still-unreachable asymptote of "scientific." Also, because I'm trying to poll for a Cartesian product of possibilities, I'm going to have to break this into separate polls below.
Alright. Penis owners*: I would like to know which way it leans (if any), and your handedness in everyday life (do you write with your right hand, left, etc).
*Toys don't count, don't be a wise guy. Phallo should count though, I reckon.

@MaddieM4 this is a very important poll indeed. I voted with my phallo penis. Part of the reason for its lean is extra surgeries due to complications but it always leaned that way. Just more pronounced now. (Left handed & left leaning. Urine also shoots to the left).

@Melezioh That's so neat! I wasn't sure whether I'd get any engagement from people who'd had phallo - you're like, THE guy I know who's had it - but I was really hoping this poll would reach that community and we'd get some of those results included in the dataset.
The surgical complications aspect is one of those things that feels obvious after it's pointed out, but I probably wouldn't have thought of without someone sharing that experience. I hope all of the issues are sorted out now, because if things are working, I bet that's a huge quality of life improvement over pre-surgery.

@MaddieM4 yea, I only know of a couple guys on here that have had phallo. It’s a hard surgery to access and is truly a journey. My complications are all fixed, thankfully. The only thing I have left is for the testicular and penile implant. Penile implant so it’s semi rigid for intercourse and such.
