KDE's website for KDE Linux has been updated to reflect this https://kde.org/linux/ <-- That is no longer the old site, claiming it was still in development.
However, if you visit the download page, they still claim it is the testing build.

@jospoortvliet @Linux Hi Joos, I can run the previous build, currently linked from the install apge - just looking forward to see this grow! It looks really nice from my brief testing
