@tante 100%. This is one of the few areas I really disagree with Cory Doctorow. I am not remotely convinced his solution of *abolish the whole lot and make it a massive free for all* actually gets us to a better place and not just a different bad one.

@tante quite frankly "a bit broken" is the understatement of the year, but yeah, generally I follow your point
