@anport Its a neat trick. Draws the viewer in.
But having seen Birdman a few years back I'm not really that impressed by the technical feat.
Meaning : I know its not a real one take.
But they are getting the dynamic effect

But even if it was ... That's not the impact factor. [IMO that'd be the emotional & maybe even intellectual content]
But it does draw me into the dynamic of what's happening, though

@anport tbh I'm sitting here all emotional about the relationship between the patents [we're talking right this minute, as I'm writing]
Or I may be falling apart about Jade losing her best (only?) friend. Or how tragic it all is. How young they are.But the technical feat is there to aid the story, right?

@BogWitch it’s a hard watch - the Brits are very good (and have been for a long time) in this genre with out getting too sentimental. It’s been a while since I watched the 4 episodes but many scenes are still quite vivid
