How is anyone with a somewhat functioning moral compass supposed to have a good mental health in this world?

How is anyone with a somewhat functioning moral compass supposed to have a good mental health in this world? Literally everyone I see day to day participates in the unnecessary murder of unbelievable numbers of animals, and both Germany and Denmark keep deporting people. Both things are entirely unnecessary and almost comically brutal and evil, and barely anyone is vocally against either of those things.
