print 2-on-1 on A4 which you fold to a #zine, but using a #BrailleEmbosser instead of an ink or laser printer.
sure, braille embossers are more expensive, but it looks like there are some low-budget DIY options, like #braigo that is made from #lego mindstorm: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braigo
and DIY low-budget printing is the zine spirit.
