For the record, I have a Fender Duo-Sonic, which I bought new - it's an absolute fave to play & I'm going to keep enjoying it, because I don't believe in punching myself in the face to punish someone else.

I don't think we should stop playing or liking the Fenders we have (although if I had an audience I pro'lly wouldn't endorse the brand now by playing it in public).

I just think we should deny Fender our cash by buying them used.
