Took a while to locate it, there are some others in that area open to the public but this one was well off the beaten track. Creepy place, a stark reminder of what happens when fascist minds try to take over the world.

We enjoyed Skagen a lot when we visited a few years ago. We hit some of the German Atlantic Wall fortifications to the south when we were there but we've said that if we return we want to look around the dunes areas next time.

@neonbubble our friends grew up in Skagen, and live a little ways south of there now after living in the States for several years. They had not known about this particular bunker, but we ran into his uncle while they were showing us around in Skagen and he told us about it, I think it had been buried in the sand & inaccessible until recently. Looked like some kids had been playing in it. A very creepy clubhouse.
