Could someone please explain to me whether Bluesky is decentralized?

@janbeta @cwebber this is completely wrong. Decentralization means mostly that the servers that contains and redirect the data of the social are phisically situated in different places. Where users are is not significant at all. Bluesky IS NOT DECENTRALIZED.
