@scott (Seriously, well over half the time I click on a Cryptpad link, either on my phone or my laptop, the link hangs up and never does open. It’s a poor implementation of e reasonable idea, and it’s ubiquitous in left spaces, and it drives me nuts.)

@adamgreenfield Might it be because the link was just copied from the address bar and not via the share function? You only get the encryption keys if you get the link through the share function. @scott

@adamgreenfield I'm not sure what 'clicking directly on a link means' but if you know the difference I'm talking about, I assume that's not why your links are faulty @scott

@malte Yes, when you hover over the link it has the full key string. When you click on it it gets stripped out. This is amateur hour. I’m done with it.

@adamgreenfield Oh, I wouldn't be able to tell the two kind of URLs from each other just by looking at them. Sorry I couldn't help, this has never happened to me.
