I usually bring The Hobbit to daycare by cargo bike, and on rare occasions use the car. You'd think it would be much faster, as a 30 minutes bike ride turns into a 6 minutes car trip.
However, the car park is located about 70 meters further away from the building than the bike parking. The path has puddles and interesting rocks.
The walk takes roughly 342 trillion minutes as we must stop to observe them all.
Conclusion: go faster, take your bike.
