@alihan_banan @GossiTheDog If I'm reading 18 US Code § 2252A (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2252A), then yes, a kid asking for Grok to create CSAM of themselves and Grok 'delivers' that image as a reply, xAI or X could face potential civil liability since Grok itself can't be held criminally liable.
I can't guarantee that in this scenario a child might not be held liable to some degree. Probably not criminal prosecution since a minor can't "knowingly" solicit CSAM of themselves, but some measures may still be applied, like counseling or some civil consequences.
