Wait I got back in the car & I see that it checks all those boxes! Climate on/off controls are on the touch screen but fan speed, temp & def/mid/feet selector are physical buttons. (I test drove a Tesla once & it bit.)

My 2020 Bolt checks all these boxes except climate fan speed.
