@cR0w the lede is misleading. it's a good point that there's already the law on the books governing recording. I see the further detail on the further outlawing of tech that interfered with visual indicators that something is recording, but that's a separate issue (and not what the headline suggests the law was about). I see what they're trying to get at, but it's gotta be narrowly tailored.
