I am sure this lovely lady didn't mean it this way but, for those of us who have lived in poor places, the fetishising of handwashing comes off as obscene privilege. -
PSA for the #gardening #allotment #GrowYourOwn folks: this sounds ridiculous but is 100% true I promise.@afewbugs I like bitter things - chicory, coffee - & hate waste, but bad courgettes had a nasty taste that earned them a place in the bin.
