@fname @catsalad Reminds me of the lock on a trailer that the driver lost the key. Bolt cutters would not work. But the 1500 watt motor of the large angle grinder with aggregate friction vaporized that metal in a few seconds. We studied that lock in the shop.We had the oxy-acetylene torch on the cart, but never had to use it for a lock. The battery friction grinders these days appear to be at least 2500 watts, which will drop anything known.
