@Edent For a "PRM" it felt like a CRM. I essentially want to say "X's partner's name is Y, they like tacos, and having some dental work done next week." That's then stored somewhere for quick retrieval.
So I go, "I'm meeting X for dinner tomorrow, remind me about what they like and anything I should know when we meet."
Kind of like having loads of .md files queried by an LLM, I guess...

My mate Tom and I have been chatting for ages about what it really means to depend on US‑based tech when you are running an organisation in Europe.
We've now pulled those conversations into something concrete, called #TechFreedom. It is for organisations that want a clearer view of jurisdiction, business continuity, and 'quiet' surveillance in their stack.
