@david_chisnall To some extent, this was an irritating trend before AI added a new layer of crap and made it easier. At some point, the evil search engine decided that "authoritative" pages should get more weight, so now a query like "how do I do X" gets a frigging book on the meaning of X, the history of X, trends in X, and maybe, just maybe the answer you want. Meanwhile half a dozen pages that say "you do X by following these steps: 1, 2, 3" and nothing else are fucking buried.

@david_chisnall are there any investors who actually say this ?well, of course there are, there are millions of investorsOK, looking at the stock price, we see that roughly the last two years, META stock price is low, and the dividend yield is low, so if you bought META after about 2024 your investment is crap, but if you bought roughly before 2024 you did ok, and if you bought earlier you did really wellif you bought before 2014, your investment is a "ten bagger"
