Don't use this meme outside of your very specific bubble with people who know you.
It is off putting, very rude and you act as an asshole.
There is no way out of the toxicity of this meme.
Also it is naive to think anything could be unpolitical, and the net of yore wasn't, ever.

There is no such thing as non-political. This meme immunizes you to see examples to follow in positive human interaction. They want you to be cynic, nihilist, sad and alone to be their victim. Don't make it easy for them. I've been there. 2/2

I think you are a neuro-divergent person with trouble reading the room. Otherwise I would have blocked you and would not explain why this was bad, out of concern that you are on a bad path.
You are right about how this meme is used, sadly quite excessiv on positiv stories about refugees and integration. You clearly don't want to be assosciated with those people, but this is my first reading. 1/x
