A pocket philosophical anecdote that has been brewing in the back of my head over the day...@kamstrup I think it's related to how we can look at the world through the lens of the society, relying on consensus and authority, or through the lens of practicality, relying on experiment and promises. The first view doesn't care how you do something, as long as it appears right. The second view sees the work itself as an important part of the task. We use both those views in different contexts, some people lean more on one of them.
