When it comes to wildlife you have to be careful not to let your imagination run away with you, most dolphins I would imagine don't recognise me. That being said, one female definitely knew me by sight and would come and stop at the old slipway at North Kessock to look at me, her old mum would sometimes do this with her in tow as a young calf and she eventually did it with her son, who is named after me and he does know me, definitely.
