@BrambleBearWhuffling I didn't time it, I think it took about four to six hours, and it's a big pocket that can easily fit my hand and my phone at once.
I'm more familiar with cross stitch and sewing than embroidery but I have done some embroidery in the way back when.
I tackled this with more enthusiasm than skill, eyeballing it all the way, but then flower patches don't need to be neat and tidy, so I'd say go for it

The corners of my skirt's pocket were fraying so I put some patches behind them, then my hand slipped sewing them on 🤭🪡
