Kansas sent a letter dated Feb 23 (Monday) that effective Feb 26 (today), driver's license holders with genders that do not match what was assigned at birth will have their licenses invalidated today without a grace period.the people still there who are trans will leave. This will hurt Kansas in the long run. My experience with Trans individuals is that they are typically valuable members of society and contribute greatly to whatever they put their mind to.
