And I stood in line watching person after person berate the customer service person at the desk. I tromped up and I said to them quietly that they should take a breath, I’m not in a hurry, I’m not ticked off, if you can get me home today great, but if you can’t that’s fine. She smiled slightly and hammered on the keyboard, with a bit of pause between commands. (1/2)
